Embodying Healing Sounds Workshop

An experiential time of sound and silence., led by sound shaman Norma Gentile and her guides. We will be using meditative energy work, toning and silence to open the physical body and energy system in order to conduct greater healing energies.
 
Norma and her guides (most likely Archangel Michael and Mary, along with the Hathor Atamira) tend to talk and share an idea, then put it into practice using sound, breath, and gentle movement. Many of the meditations and ideas can be shared with others and practiced at home. Most will amplify other healing modalities, and can be integrated into your own personal clearing or energizing methods.
 
Because Norma is a channel for spoken information and meditations as well as healing music, Norma will offer a healing song or two specifically for those  gathered.  Wear loose, comfy clothing, and bring a smile!

Biography
Norma Gentile, sound shaman, has been writing and verbally channeling Archangel Michael and the Hathors since 1991, bringing together the worlds of professional music and energy healing.   Holding a master's in voice and years of study with esoteric teachers, Norma channels both in written words and through music. She maintains a private healing practice, and offers a monthly sound healing through the online e-zine Spirit of Maat, as well as channelings published regularly in The Sedona Journal. She has four albums of sacred healing chants available, including her newest, SONGS of SPIRIT,, Live Sound Healings.
 
Her formal training in music (BM, MM, University of Michigan, Voice Performance) combined with her studies in esoteric healing have helped Norma understand how sound affects our ability to heal, and influenced her exploration of chant as a modality of healing.
